"Oh, how nice it would be if I could sit here and watch a Terratrac working on its own." This is how Philipp Hohl dreamed almost two years ago. If he were a farmer, it would have remained a dream. But Hohl is a product manager at Maschinenfabrik Aebi + Co. AG in Burgdorf. The spontaneous idea therefore turned into a device that is able to work unmanned and completely independently: the Aebi TT with the Autonomous option.
The Berner Zeitung accompanied our two product managers to the field and took a closer look at an autonomously driving TT.
