FAM Hausmeister Dienste GmbH, headquartered in Falkensee (Brandenburg), was founded in 1999 as a one-man business. Two further branches were added in Berlin and Malchin (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania). With its 600 employees and 250 vehicles FAM today realizes missions from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt via Berlin, Brandenburg to the coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The assignments include caretaker services, garden and landscape maintenance, building cleaning and winter services. The latter two are among the areas with the highest turnover. The company also offers a 24-hour emergency service in three federal states.
Only last year the Aebi Schmidt Group was allowed to contribute five Aebi MT 750 to the fleet. This was followed by eight Flexigo 150. FAM is the first service provider to receive the multi-functional equipment carrier and was able to gain initial experience last winter. Managing Director Fabian-Alexander May confirms: “It works great”.
