The audience of the magazine “Schweizer Landtechnik” decided to award the Aebi TT with Option autonomous driving as winner of the Swiss Innovation Award. With a great distance, the implement carrier achieved the majority of the 2000 votes. The Swiss Association for Agricultural Engineering (SVLT) had called for the election in November 2016 on the AGRAMA. With the “Swiss Innovation Award”, the assoziation would like to reward an outstanding Swiss development. The editorial team had nominated five developments. Dr. Roman Engeler, editor-in-chief and vice-director of the Swiss Association for Agricultural Engineering, now handed over the certificate to Mathias Leubler, product manager at Aebi & Co. AG Maschinenfabrik, after counting the votes. “The project stands for intensive development work, a high commitment of the whole team and a large portion of passion,” says Mathias Leubler. “We are therefore pleased winning the award and appreciate the opinion of the specialist audience. It confirms our vision not only to talk about trends and innovations, but also to put them into practice. With the TT autonomous, we can make the work of our customers more efficient, easier and safe. The fact that we are on the right way and are attracting the interest of the users is demonstrated by the high level of votes. We are convinced the TT autonomous will have an exciting future.”
