An “army” of Aebi Combicut single-axleers is in the service of the Swiss armasuisse from now on. The Aebi Maschinenfabrik in Burgdorf won a major tender of armasuisse, the competence center for procurement, technology and real estate in Switzerland. The Aebi Combicut is thus the new “general purpose weapon” for the maintenance of shooting grounds and barracks areas of the Swiss army. Versatile as a Swiss pocket knife, the models Aebi CC36 and Aebi CC66 will be used throughout the year for a wide range of applications. These include e.g. mowing of green areas. In addition, streets or shooting areas are cleaned with a brush or a leave blower. In winter, the hand-held single-axle machines remove snow with a plough or snow blower attachment. Renate Schärz, project manager for special vehicles and Jasmin Fritz, project manager at armasuisse, received the first models at the plant in Burgdorf. We would like to thank the armasuisse for the confidence and wish the team a lot of pleasure with the new Aebi Combicut.
The Combicut product family not only stands for easy handling and high quality. Thanks to extensive attachments, the tried and tested single-axle machines from Switzerland are also extremely versatile, true to the motto "The Swiss Knife Machine" - one idea, many possibilities. Whether mowing, haying, mulching, sowing, milling, sweeping, blowing leaves or clearing snow - the Aebi Combicut is the ideal partner and can therefore be used economically 365 days a year. Thanks to the active steering, it can be moved intuitively and without great effort. Turning maneuvers around your own axis and in tight spaces are no problem. The "Automatic Drive Control" (ADC), ie the automatic feed regulation, is also on board if required. This ensures, for example, that the speed of the snow blower is automatically reduced when the amount of snow increases, and then increases again when there is less snow without the driver having to intervene. In addition to the new motor in the Aebi CC66, the newly developed mower with an integrated ratchet clutch is now also available for all Combicut models. The ratchet torque can be precisely adjusted thanks to the modular structure. Readjustment is not necessary.
