Battery concept

The CC 140e is an efficient, environmentally friendly electric single-axle harvester. Each of the 4 battery modules has an operating voltage of 48 V and a capacity of 2.0 kWh. The maximum current draw per battery is 40 A and ensures constant power even in demanding work applications.

To estimate the possible operating time and plan the operation, the operator can read the remaining capacity at any time from the LED indicators on the individual batteries or as the total capacity on the display. The CC 140e cools and heats the batteries as needed, optimizing performance and battery life.

Changing batteries is effortless, requires no tools and is easy on the back. Each of the 4 batteries weighs only 13 kg. With the option of changing the batteries while in use, there is no need for unnecessary downtime or trips to a charging station for recharging.

Technical concept

The Combicut has two variable displacement pumps and two hydraulic motors. These are individually controlled mechanically via the handlebar and electronically via the travel lever. A slight push to the right on the handlebar and the machine makes a left-hand turn. With this hydrostatic steering aid, the Combicut can be driven very intuitively and with little effort.

No energy is dissipated during steering, but the feed of the wheels is dosed differently. In this way, the machine stabilizes itself without any effort on the part of the operator, even on steep slopes. Turning maneuvers around its own axis can be performed with ease. Thanks to the ingenious concept of the different directions of rotation of the wheels, the Combicut can be turned on the spot. This maneuver guarantees maximum ground protection in the field with maximum stability.

The active steering can be locked on the CC 140e. Nevertheless, the advantages of active steering can be used via hand levers (left and right). This ensures that the machine runs straight ahead even when working on steep slopes with heavy equipment.

Travel lever

The travel lever on the Combicut is yellow and handy. A light press of the thumb to the front or rear is all it takes for the machine to start moving, precisely following the command. The stepless selection of speed and direction of travel is done with a thumb grip. In reverse position, the travel lever automatically returns to the zero position when released, thus ensuring safety. On the CC 140e, the 10-stage Tiptronic additionally increases operating comfort and enables even more precise work. The ease of operation in combination with the active steering system, which responds to light, lateral handlebar pressure, enables driving comfort at the highest level.

Display

With the HMI Premium system with 4.3'' graphic display installed as standard on the CC 140e, all operating data can be viewed at all times. Thanks to the collected data, the display can also be used as a service and analysis tool.

Drive

The implements are driven mechanically via the proven Aebi quick connector. This mechanical drive is the core of an efficient drive train that drives the attachments with virtually no loss of power. The resulting high efficiency leads to increased productivity and thus cost savings.

Municipal technology

In combination with numerous attachments, the CC 140e is the ideal partner for municipal work such as green area maintenance, sweeping or winter service. The environmentally friendly electric drive operates extremely quietly and ensures less noise emissions during operations in built-up areas. With no harmful exhaust fumes, the electric single-axle mower is also ideally suited for indoor work such as warehouses or parking garages.

If green areas in difficult or steep terrain need to be maintained or operations on sensitive soils are required, the CC 140e brings the classic advantages of a lightweight single-axle machine. The use of wide attachments and the light machine guidance enable a high work output. In addition to the mowing attachments with bar, portal, flail or sickle mowers, many other attachments can be mounted via the quick attachment. Attachments can be changed quickly and without tools. Snow plow, snow blower, sweeping brush, sweeper, weed remover, rotary harrow - the available attachment variety knows almost no limits and makes the Aebi Combicut a real all-rounder. And thanks to the additionally coated hydraulic lines, corrosion protection is also guaranteed during winter service operations under the toughest conditions.

Agricultural technology

Mowing is undoubtedly the Combicut's main discipline. Working widths of 1.45 to 3.10 m are possible with the electrically powered CC 140e model. A wide range of individual tires is available for excellent slope capability on steep slopes. Various implements can be used via the implement quick connector. Mulching operations with the flail mower or snow clearing with the plough or the rotary tiller are further possible applications that significantly increase the utilization of the basic machine. All Aebi single-axle models are comfortable to operate and versatile.
